ORDER PROCESSING + SHIPPING
Because all of our items are one-of-a-kind, handcrafted with the utmost care, and often times personalized, shipping times vary. Each product description lists the estimated ship time. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (estimated transit time is 2-3 business days). We offer free US shipping on orders over $150 and a flat fee rate of $7.00 for US shipments under $150. Note we are not responsible for lost or items damaged in transit.
International orders are shipped via USPS (estimated transit time is 5-20 business days depending on the destination) and we offer a flat fee of $29 on this service. Need it sooner? Please email us for expedited delivery service: email@example.com. International buyers are responsible for all customs fees and duties applied to the order. Note we are not responsible for lost or items damaged in transit.
Sustainability and protecting our environment is extremely important to us. We use reusable, recycled and compostable packing materials whenever possible. Our cellophane bags are compostable and packing peanuts are made of water soluble organic starch.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS + SALE ITEMS

Returns + Exchanges
We process returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis only within 14 business days starting from the date of delivery of your item. Please return it in original condition, with no pet hair, and with all original packaging to qualify for a return or an exchange. We apologize we cannot accept returns on treats or items that are personalized. When returning the item, please include a print-out of your emailed order confirmation or reference to the original order confirmation (including name and date of purchase) in your shipment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and cannot be responsible for refunding items lost in transit. Refunds are processed within 2-5 days of receipt. A credit will be applied to the credit card used as the original method of payment (minus the shipping cost, if applicable).
Please email us within 2 hours of your order confirmation. You will then receive an acknowledgment of cancellation via e-mail. Refunds are processed in 2-5 business days. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If an order has already shipped, the Returns guideline will apply.
All sale purchases are final. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of items on sale.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.
All products remain Dog Love Repeat, LLC property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have a parent’s or guardian’s permission to buy from Dog Love Repeat, LLC.
